    摘 要:目的 探讨视网膜母细胞瘤易感基因(Rb)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在前列腺癌中表达的意义及其相互关系. 方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法对36例前列腺癌标本Rb基因和PCNA进行检测，并应用图像分析仪及统计学方法对两者在不同病理分级及临床分期中的表达进行对比及相关分析. 结果 36例前列腺癌标本中Rb表达阳性17例，阳性率47.2%，其表达在前列腺癌的不同病理分级及临床分期之间有显著差异(P<0.05);PCNA在标本中的表达强度在不同病理分级及临床分期之间有显著差异(P<0.05);同时还发现Rb表达与PCNA表达存在负相关，即Rb阳性标本中PC-NA表达弱而Rb阴性标本中PCNA表达强，两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05). 结论 Rb基因参与了前列腺癌的发生、发展过程，在发病机制中可能涉及到Rb和PCNA调节通路的异常，检测Rb基因和PCNA有助于前列腺癌恶性程度的判定及预后.
