    摘 要:目的 检测c-erbB-2基因产物p185neu 和ras基因产物p21ras 在肺癌组织的表达情况，以揭示c-erbB-2和ras基因在肺癌形成中的作用及其相互关系. 方法 运用免疫组织化学SABC法检测55例原发性肺癌组织中2种基因产物. 结果 10例小细胞肺癌组织均无p185neu 和p21ras 的阳性表达.28例肺鳞癌中p185neu 和p21

    ras 阳性表达率分别是46%(13/28)和54%(15/28).16例肺腺癌中p185neu 阳性表达率为56%(9/16)，p21

    ras 阳性表达率为62%(10/16).肺鳞癌和肺腺癌中2种蛋白的阳性表达率均无显著性差异(P>0.05).p185neu 阳性表达与淋巴结转移具有明显相关性(r=0.36，P<0.05)，与其他临床病理因素无关;p21ras 阳性表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小等临床病理因素无关.p185neu 和p21ras 在肺癌组织中的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.52，P<0.01). 结论 c-erbB-2和ras基因的改变与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的发生有关，这2种基因在NSCLC的形成和发展中具有协同作用.同时，检测p185neu 和p21ras 还有助于评估肺癌患者的预后.
