    摘 要:目的 探讨Ⅰ型骨质疏松骨折愈合的病生机制,检测骨质疏松性骨折愈合过程中TGF-β1 mRNA的基因表达模式及细胞定位. 方法 利用去势SD大鼠造成Ⅰ型骨质疏松及其骨折模型,通过原位杂交、斑点杂交检测骨痂局部TGF-β1 mRNA的表达. 结果 骨质疏松骨折与正常骨折愈合过程中TGF-β1 mRNA基因表达的细胞定位未见差别;TGF-β1 mRNA表达的变化模式与正常骨折愈合过程相似. 结论 TGF-β1基因表达的改变与骨质疏松骨折愈合的病生改变未见关联.

    Investigation of genic expression of TGF┐β1 in pro┐cess of osteoporotic fracture healing in rats

    Abstract:AIM To assess the changes of gene expression of the transform growth factors-β1 in the process of the healing of the osteoporotic fracture in ovariectomized female SD rats.METHODS Ovariectomized female SD rats were used as model of type I osteoporosis and osteoporotic fracture and the changes of gene expression of the transforming growth fac-tors-β1 were detected in the process of the healing of the os-teoporotic fracture through in situ and blot hybridization.RESULTS There was no difference of the cellular localiza-tion in TGF-β1 expression between the processes of the nor-mal and osteoporotic bone healing by in situ hybridization;The pattern of the gene expression of TGF-β1 mRNA was similar to the normal in the process of the osteoporotic bone healing by dot blot hybridization.CONCLUSION Expres-sion of TGF-β1 mRNA is not related to the pathophysiological changes in the process of osteoporotic bone healing. ......
