    摘 要:目的 观察以树突细胞疫苗为主的主动免疫治疗，对人乳头瘤病毒感染致反复复发生殖器尖锐湿疣的临床疗效. 方法 将39例反复复发3次以上，顽固型尖锐湿疣患者，按知情同意原则，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均首先行冷冻或高频电刀治疗，以去除大部分疣体组织，随后对照组用干扰素、抗病毒药物治疗，治疗组则采用主动免疫治疗. 结果 治疗组复发率为20%，复发间期平均4wk，细胞免疫功能有显著改善;对照组复发率80%，复发间期7d. 结论 主动免疫治疗方法对于反复复发、顽固型人乳头瘤病毒感染的生殖器尖锐湿疣有显著疗效，其机制有待进一步研究.
