摘 要: 核酸疫苗能同时诱发体液免疫和细胞免疫,具有众多传统疫苗无法比拟的优点,并且佐剂的应用能增强核酸疫苗的免疫效果。抗日本血吸虫核酸疫苗的研究在实验动物和牛、羊等大家畜上取得一定进展,混和或多价疫苗是未来核酸疫苗的发展方向。关键词: 日本血吸虫;核酸疫苗
STUDY ON NUCLEIC ACID VACCINE OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM

Abstract: Both humoral and cellular immune responses can be induced by nucleic acid vaccine,which has more advantages than other traditional vaccine.Furthermore,the vaccine efficacy of protective immu-nity may be enhanced by adjuvants such as ISS,cellular factors and liposomes.Some achievements have been obtained about the vaccine against Schistosoma japonicum on mice and domestic animals,taking sheep and cow for examples.It's a direction to study on a mixed or cocktail nucleic acid vaccine.

血吸虫疫苗的发展经历了减毒活疫苗、基因重组抗原疫苗和核酸疫苗等阶段。虽然减毒活疫苗的免疫保护作用效果显著,但缺乏足够的虫源,且多种抗原成分不一定全部产生保护力,甚至可能导致免疫性病变或免疫抑制。基因重组抗原疫苗应用安全,但只能引起体液免疫,且蛋白的提取纯化步骤复杂。核酸疫苗,即把外源基因克隆到真核质粒表达载体上,然后将重组的质粒DNA直接注射到动物体内,使外源基因在活体内表达,产生抗原激活机体的免疫系统,引发免疫反应。同前两代疫苗相比 ......
