【摘要】目的：评价三镜联合治疗胆源性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：30例胆源性胰腺炎患者经LC、LC+EST、LC+纤维胆道镜检查及取石术治疗。结果：手术成功率为97%，结石取净率为100%，无严重并发症。结论：三镜联合治疗胆源性胰腺炎具有微创、安全、操作时间短的优点，临床疗效可靠。【关键词】胰腺炎，胆源性；内窥镜

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Combined three endoscopes in treating biliary pancreatitis. Methods:30 patients with biliary pancreatitis were treated by LC,LC+EST and LC+fibre cholecyst endoscope.Results:97% of patients were performed operation successfully and all stones were romoved.Conclusions:Combined three endoscopes in treating biliary pancreatitis has merits of small injary,safety and short operative time.The clinical curative effect is reliable.
