【摘要】目的：探讨PK等离子刀在腹腔镜困难型胆囊切除术中对胆囊动脉的处理，胆囊床创面及炎性粘连创面止血的可行性。方法：回顾分析LC 127例困难型胆囊切除术中PK等离子刀止血的临床资料。结果：127例腹腔镜困难型胆囊切除术中应用PK等离子刀处理胆囊动脉、胆囊床创面及炎性粘连创面止血均获成功，未因出血而中转开腹手术，术后无继发出血。结论：注重LC术中出血的预防及处理，是保证手术成功的关键。PK等离子刀凝血功能强，术中出血减少，使胆囊动脉、胆囊床创面及炎性粘连创面出血的止血变得简单容易，术野清晰，安全，是腹部外科腹腔镜手术理想的切割止血工具。【关键词】PK等离子刀；胆囊切除术，腹腔镜；止血

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the hemostatic effect of the Plasmakinetic scalpel treating the gallbladder arteria, the gallbladder bed and the inflammatory conglutination wound surface in the difficnlt laparoscopic cholocystectomy. Methods:A retrospective analysis was used to study the hemostatic effect of the Plasmakinetic scalpel in 127 cases.Results:In all the cases,the Plasmakinetic scalpel was used to treat the gallbladder arteria, the gallbladder bed and the inflamniatary conglutination wound surface successfully,no converting to laparotomy because of bleeding, without continuous bleeding. Conclusions: To notice the prevention and treatment of bleeding in the laparoscopic cholocystectomy, it is the key factor of the operation.The Plasmakinetic scalpel,with a powerful function of coagulation,makes the hemostasis of the gallbladder arteria, the gallbladder bed and the inflamniatory conglutination wound surface easer the operating area cleaner,and the operation safer.It is a very good cutting and hemostatic means for the laparoscopic operations. ......
