腹腔镜全子宫切除术中超声刀应用的临床价值

【摘要】目的：评估超声刀在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的临床价值。方法：2002年10月～2005年4月在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中分别应用超声刀和双极电凝刀及剪刀，对术中出血量、手术时间、术后平均住院日及肛门排气时间进行对比及统计学处理。结果：超声刀组的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量显著少于双极电凝组(P<001)，住院日及肛门排气时间两组差异无显著性(P>005)。结论：超声刀应用于腹腔镜子宫全切术有重要的临床意义，由于其操作简便快捷、准确可靠，值得推广于临床。【关键词】超声刀；腹腔镜；子宫全切术

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic scalpel in laparoscopic operation of total hysterectomy.Methods:From October 2002 to April 2005,patients underwent total hysterectomy with ultrasonic scalpel and dipolar coagulation.The bleeding volume,Operation time,intraoperative and postoperative complication were compared between ultrasonic scalpel and dipolar coagwlation groups. Results:With the help of ultrasonic scalpel,the operation time and bleeding volume were Significantly shorter and less than that of the dipolar group(P<001);and there was no significant difference between the two groups in post operational hospital stay and anusfarting time.(P>005).Conclisions: Ultrasonic salpel can be used in laparoscopic total hysterevtomy with significantly clinical value and safe. ......
