    摘 要:目的 测定与分析眩晕患者的前庭眼反射与前庭脊髓反射功能. 方法 用眼震电图描记法(ENG)和姿势描记法(PSG)测定40例健康者和82例眩晕患者的眼震电图和姿势描记图及有关参数. 结果 眩晕患者ENG检查记录到13例自发性眼震，55例位置性眼震;半规管功能正常36例，减退27例，麻痹19例;视动中枢检查无异常.PSG检查正常人重心移动轨迹以中心型为主，眩晕患者弥散型多见.健康者与眩晕患者各参数相比较，眩晕患者轨迹长，面积大，速度快，差异显著. 结论 应用ENG和PSG可对前庭眼反射和前庭脊髓反射功能作定量分析，可靠性、客观性强，对眩晕症的鉴别诊断有实用价值.
