    摘 要:目的 为在细胞水平精确地确定神经肽Y(NPY)的Y1 受体样免疫反应物质(-LI)在大鼠心脏中的分布. 方法 用免疫组织化学方法对Y1 受体-LI细胞进行了检测. 结果 ①一些心肌细胞含有Y1 受体-LI，可见清晰的Y1 受体免疫反应性(-Ir)条纹，此类细胞在心脏呈斑点状分布，接近外膜侧和室间隔的内膜侧分布较多，Y1 受体-LI主要分布于心肌细胞膜、横小管膜和小泡上;②心脏内有Y1 受体-LI的心内神经元，此类细胞有较长的突起，呈离散分布，与Y1 受体-LI心肌细胞或血管相邻，Y1 受体-LI神经元的外膜和胞质内有较强的Y

    1 受体-LI，尤以其突起明显. 结论 NPY对心脏作用的复杂性可能与Y1 受体在心脏中多种细胞的广泛分布有关.
