壮骨颗粒对去卵巢骨质疏松模兔BMD和血清TRAP、BALP影响的实验研究

     【摘要】 目的 本文从骨密度(BMD)和血清TRAP、BALP的角度探讨壮骨颗粒对原发性骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法 建立6月龄雌性兔卵巢摘除骨质疏松模型,模型成立后随机分成壮骨颗粒组、钙尔奇—D组和生理盐水组,分别喂服壮骨颗粒、钙尔奇—D和生理盐水。喂药12周后处死取材,检测BMD和血清TRAP、BALP等浓度。结果 壮骨颗粒组BMD明显高于对照组,兔血清TRAP活性均较对照组降低,而BALP较对照组升高。结论 壮骨颗粒可以提高骨质疏松模兔的BMD,抑制破骨细胞活性,提高成骨细胞的活性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Zhuanggu Granula on primary osteoporosis,and to study the mechanism from the BMD and TRAP,BALP.Methods Osteoporosis model animals (Sprague-Dawley,6 months) by ovary excised were randomly divided into Zhuanggu Granula treating group,Gaierqi group and normal saline group.The animals were killed after 12 weeks treatment in order to collect experimental samples.The levels of BMD and TRAP,BALP were measured.Results After 12 weeks treatment,bone mineral density increased obviously,the levels of BALP increased,the amounts of TRAP were decreased.Conclusion Zhuanggu Granula can effectively treat osteoporosis of ovariectomy habits by accelerating the osteoblastion,enhancing the contents of bone inorgan and improving the properties of trabecular bone. ......
