     [摘 要] 目的 探讨股骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床应用。 方法 回顾性分析69例带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床资料。 结果 69例患者全部临床愈合，关节功能良好。 结论 应用股骨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折是一种确实有效的方法，带锁髓内钉的临床应用扩大了普通髓内钉的适应证。

    Management of femoral shaft fractures with Croos-medullary nailing

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application of Croos-medullary nailing on femoral shaft fractures.Methods Croos-medullary nailing was applied to69patients with femoral shaft fractures in our hospital.The clinical data were annalysed retrospectively.Results All69pa-tients achieved clinical healing and the normal joint function.Conclusion Croos-medullary nailing is effective method in management of femoral shaft fracture.It expands the indications as compared with the common intra-medullary nail.
