【摘要】 目的 比较尼莫地平加用黛力新与单用尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法 将112例偏头痛患者随机均分成两组，黛力新组服用尼莫地平(20mg，每日3次)加黛力新(早晨及中午各1片)，共服8周，最终完成50例。尼莫地平组服用尼莫地平20mg，每日3次，共服8周，最终完成50例。结果 黛力新组能显著减少头痛发作次数、缩短头痛发作持续时间和显著减轻头痛程度。结论 尼莫地平加用黛力新治疗偏头痛疗效优于单用尼莫地平，不良反应轻微。
