比索洛尔对心梗家兔血浆CGRP的影响

关键词: 降钙素基因相关肽;β阻滞剂;比索洛尔;心肌梗塞;左室功能摘 要:目的 观察比索洛尔对实验性心肌梗死家兔左室功能和血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响. 方法 实验分为S组(S)、心梗组(M)和心梗治疗组(M+B).术后第3周,测量心率(HR)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)和±LVdp/dt max,并抽血测定CGRP. 结果 经比索洛尔治疗后,M+B组LVEDP较M组有所下降,但不显著(P=0.063);M组血浆CGRP水平(575.38±31.90)ng·L-1 明显比S组(323.11±42.63)ng·L-1 高(P<0.01),M+B组血浆CGRP水平(328.63±20.29)ng·L-1 较M组明显降低(P<0.01),但与S组差异不显著(P=0.939). 结论 β阻滞剂可以改善心梗家兔的心功能,同时降低血浆中的CGRP水平.
