【摘要】 目的 探讨机械通气在ICU危重患者术后的应用。方法 对20例外科危重患者在出现呼吸危象的情况下，建立人工气道，应用呼吸机辅助呼吸。结果 20例中，脱离呼吸机15例；痊愈14例，死亡5例，植物状态1例，最长通气时间152天。结论 对外科危重病患者及早行机械通气是治疗呼吸衰竭最有效和迅速的方法。小潮气量通气、把握呼吸机撤离的时机、控制感染是减少并发症、提高抢救成功率的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the uses of mechanical ventilation in critical cases.Methods Twenty cases were built artificial airway and received mechanical ventilation when respiratory crisis occured.Results Of all the 20 cases 15 were off mechanical ventilation,14 were cured,5 died,and after surgeon 1 become vegetable.Conclusion Early mechanical ventilation is the most effective and rapid method for respiratory failure.Small tidal-volume ventilation,catching the opportunity of being off mechanical ventilation.And controlling infection are the keys of reducing complication and advancing successful rate. ......
