    摘 要:目的 探讨综合骨库的建立及异体骨、异种骨、人工骨制备、保存有关问题，以便更好地满足临床对各种骨移植材料的需求. 方法 作者通过总结回顾本研究所综合骨库自1991年建立以来所做的工作，较系统地介绍有关异体骨(骨段、骨板、骨粒)，系列重组合异种骨(颗粒型、大块型、抗感染型)及人工骨(TCP陶瓷、PVP注射剂)的制备、消毒、保存经验. 结果 自建立综合骨库以来，研究总结出一系列行之有效的骨移植材料的制备、消毒和保存方法，将所处理的各类植骨材料成功地应用于临床. 结论 建立综合骨库不但可以满足临床对不同骨移植材料的需求，为临床提供良好服务;同时亦是科研和生产结合一体的重要研究基地，在骨移植领域中发挥着至关重要的作用.
