[摘 要] 目的 探讨在ICU监护期不舒适原因及护理对策。 方法 对89例心脏外科手术后病人在ICU监护期护理，根据病人的言行及护士的观察予进行研究分析，提出护理对策。 结果 心脏外科手术后病人当日不舒适的原因依次为气管插管，心包、纵隔或胸腔引流管的刺激，伤口疼痛;术后第1天在原基础上又增加了皮肤、体位不舒适，肢体活动受限，咳痰无力;术后第2天生活不能自理，尿管刺激，各种经皮穿刺上升为前四位。 结论 心脏外科手术后病人在ICU监护期，不舒适原因的护理对策是提供生理、心理、社会、监护舒适环境，舒适护理是一种整体的、个性化的、创造性的、有效的护理模式。
