    摘 要:目的 研究银屑病患者体内糖皮质激素水平及其受体基因表达的变化. 方法 用酶免疫法测定了22例银屑病患者、15例临床治愈的银屑病患者和20例正常人对照组血清糖皮质激素水平，用RT-PCR方法检测12例银屑病患者和10例正常人对照血白细胞糖皮质激素受体mRNA的表达水平. 结果 银屑病患者组血清糖皮质激素水平(0.58±0.07μmol·L-1 )高于银屑病临床治愈组(0.49±0.11μmol·L-1 )和正常对照组(0.48±0.10μmol·L-1 )，差异有极显著性(P<0.01)，银屑病患者组血白细胞糖皮质激素受体mRNA表达明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01). 结论 银屑病患者体内糖皮质激素浓度不低于正常水平;银屑病患者组血白细胞糖皮质激素受体mRNA表达低于正常水平，提示银屑病患者体内促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素-糖皮质激素-糖皮质激素受体系统平衡失调，可能与银屑病的发病有一定关系.

    Abstract:AIM To study the change of glucocorticoid level and the expression of its receptors in the blood of psoriatic patients.METHODS We detected the level of serum gluco-corticoid of22psoriatic patients，15patients who had been clinical cured and20normal controls by enzyme immunoassay(EIA);the glucocorticoid receptors mRNA expression levels in blood leucocytes of12psoriatic patients and10normal con-trols were measured by semi-quantitative reverse transcrip-tion polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).RESULTS Level of serum glucocorticoid was higher in psoriatic patients(0.58±0.07μmol·L-1 )than in the normal controls(0.48±0.10μmol·L-1 )and patients who had been cured(0.49±0.11μmol·L-1 )(P<0.01);the glucocorticoid re-ceptor mRNA expression levels in blood leucocytes of psoriat-ic patient group were significantly lower than that of the nor-mal control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Glucocorti-coid level is not lower in psoriatic patients.The glucocorti-coid receptor mRNA expression levels in blood leucocytes of psoriatic patient group are lower than may exist normal level ......
