【摘要】 目的 观察阿立哌唑的临床疗效和副作用。方法 选择2004年10月~2005年5月住我院，符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的住院患者，BPRS≥36、PANSS总分≥60、TESS≤1且家属同意的精神分裂症患者共62例，随机分组。研究组用阿立哌唑5~15mg/d；对照组用氯氮平25mg/d,1周内加至治疗剂量200~400mg/d。治疗6周。结果 BPRS评定的结果两组疗效相当，PANSS量表评分两组疗效相当，阿立哌唑的副作用明显少于氯氮平。经过χ2检验差异有显著性。结论 阿立哌唑对精神分裂症阳性症状、阴性症状和抑郁、焦虑等症状疗效肯定。该药安全性高，不良反应少而轻微，可用于一线抗精神病药物治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reaction of aripiprazole.Methods 62 cases diagnosed as schizophrenia that accord with CCMP-3,BPRS≥36,PANSS≥60,TESS≤1,were divided into two groups.The treating group were administered aripiprazole 5~15mg a day,control group clozapine 25mg a day,up to 200~400mg a day in a week.The duration was 6 weeks.Results The effects of the two drugs were similar,but adverse reaction less occurred in aripiprazole group markedly.Conclusion The effects of aripiprazole on possitive and negative syptoms,depression and anxiety are delinite.It is high in security,less in adverse reaction,should be popularized. ......
