【摘要】 目的 研究黄芪对严重烧伤患者免疫功能的影响。方法 将55例烧伤面积为30%TBSA以上的严重烧伤患者随机分为烧伤对照组(n=25)和黄芪治疗组(n=30)，黄芪治疗组患者给予黄芪精口服液，每日3次，每次10ml，连服35天。两组患者于伤后每隔7天检测1次外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(OKT3、OKT4、OKT8)和T淋巴细胞转化率，共检测5次。结果 烧伤对照组OKT3、OKT4值明显低于正常，OKT8值明显高于正常(P<0.01)，而黄芪治疗组OKT3、OKT4值虽较正常为低，但于伤后2周左右显著高于烧伤对照组(P<0.01)，OKT8值亦低于烧伤对照组(P<0.05)，外周血T淋巴细胞转化率亦明显高于烧伤对照组(P<0.01)。结论 黄芪对严重烧伤患者的细胞免疫功能可发挥重要的调节作用。

    The study of effect of astragalus on cell immune function in 55 patients with severe burns

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of astragalus on cell immune function in patients with severe burns.Methods 55 patients with burn wounds covering 30% of total body surface area were randomly divided into burn control group and astragalus treatment group. Astragalus juice was given 10 ml oral tid for 35 days in astragalus treatment group patients. OKT3、OKT4, OKT8 and T lymphocyte transformation rate(LTR) were measured in two group patients at 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days postburn. Results The levels of OKT3、OKT4 were markedly lower than that normal levels, and the levels of OKT8 was markedly higher than that normal levels in burn control group (P<0.01). But the levels of OKT3、OKT4 were markedly higher than that of burn control group, and the levels of OKT8 was markedly lower than that of burn control group, and the LTR in peripheral blood in astragalus treatment group was much higher than that in burn control group (P<0.01) after two weeks or so postburn. Conclusion Astragalus may play an important regulatory role on cell immune function of serious burn patients. ......
