【摘要】 目的 探讨咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的肺功能特点。方法 将100例CVA患者的临床资料与80例典型哮喘患者和80例正常组进行对比分析。结果 CVA患者肺通气功能高于哮喘患者，而低于正常组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，CVA患者激发试验前后肺功能改变明显，存在可逆性改变。结论 CVA患者气道存在可逆性阻塞，肺功能测定是行之有效的检测手段。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of pulmonary function in cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods Analysing clinical data of 100 patients with CVA and comparing with 80 patients with typical asthma and 80 normal controls.Results The expiratory-flow parameters in patients with CVA are better than patients with typical asthma but lower than control (P<0.05).There were evidently changes with CVA after test,and there were reversible changes in airway of CVA patients.Conclusion There were reversible airway obstruction in CVA patients and pulmonary function test was a safe and effective method.
