【摘要】 目的 分析胃底及贲门癌术后胃食管吻合口瘘发生原因，早期诊断及通过改良的三管治疗，以期进一步提高吻合口瘘治愈率。方法 回顾性分析1993～2004年中27例胃底及贲门癌术后发生吻合口瘘的临床资料。结果 15例病人再次手术, 采用改良的三管治疗，治愈率100%。12例病人经保守治疗，其中5例治愈，治愈率41.7%，7例死亡。结论 采用改良三管治疗,能明显提高吻合口瘘治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reasons of anastomotic leakage after the surgery of cancer of stomach fundus and cardia,early diagnosis and the modified three tubes drainage treatment,to promote the cure rate of the anastomotic leakage.Methods The clinical data of 27 cases of cancer of stomach fundus and cardia with postoperative anastomotic leakage from 1993 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fifteen patients with second surgery were treated by three tubes drainage,the cure rate were 100%.Twelve patient were given conservative surgery,of then seven cases died.(cure rate 41.6%).Conclusion The use of modified three tubes drainage treatment can promote the cure rate of the anastomotic leakage significantly. ......
