【摘要】 目的 介绍小切口在心脏刀刺伤时急诊剖胸手术中的应用。方法 对心脏刀刺伤后病情处于亚临床状态的21例病人，切开胸壁皮肤8～10cm，沿伤口路径，小切口进胸施行心脏修补。术前确诊19例。伤口位于右侧6例，左侧15例；右心房6例，右心室12例，左心室3例。其中心脏穿透伤13例。结果 无手术并发症和手术死亡。结论 小切口可以应用于心脏刀刺伤急诊剖胸心脏修补术中，但不适合危重、复杂的心脏损伤。

    【Abstract】 Objective To review the experience of repairing cardiac rupture via mini-thoracotomy for stab cardiac injury in emergency.Methods Twenty-one cases which were haemodynamically stable after stab cardiac injuries underwent repairing cardiac injuries by prolonged lacerations of thoracic wall 8～12cm. Nineteen cases were diagnosed before operation. The lacerations located right side were 6 cases, left 15;right atrium 6,right ventricles 12, left ventricles 3. Thirteen cases had penetrating cardiac injuries.Results There was no operative mortalit y and morbidity.Conclusion Minimal incision is useful in repairing cardiac injury, but it is not a valuable method for severe,complex cardiac rupture. ......
