【摘要】 目的 探讨脊柱畸形矫正融合术中原位自体骨与OsteoSet骨移植替代品混合植骨的应用疗效。方法 38例脊柱侧凸畸形患者应用MOSS-MIAMI系统矫正固定后，将棘突根部及部分椎板去皮质原位植骨加OsteoSet骨移植替代品植骨。结果 术后随访3～12个月，术后冠状面侧位Cobb角为10°～50°，平均为22.6°，平均矫正率为70.5%，术后矢状面胸腰段后凸为16°～33°，平均26°，旋转畸形平均矫正Ⅰ度。X线片示脊柱融合良好，无假关节形成。结论 脊柱畸形矫正手术诸多的植骨融合手术方法中，棘突根部椎板去皮质原位植骨加OsteoSet骨移植替代品混合应用是临床上一种实用、简易、可靠的植骨方法。

    A prospective study of calcium sulfate pellets and in situ antograft bone in surgical management of spine deformity

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of calcium sulfate pellets plus bone in situ autograft in surgical management of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods 38 patients with scoliosis were treated by posterior correction and arthrodesis with mossmiami instrumentation using calcium sulfate pellets plus bone autograft. The 38 patients were followed up for mean of 1 year after operation. The results were assessed clinically and radiographically.Results The postopertive coronal plane curves cobb angle was 10～50 degree (averaged 22.6 degree).The average cornection rate was 70.5%.The cobb angle of sagittal plane thoracolumbar kyphosis was corrected to 16～33 degree (average 26 degree) the average rotation rectification was Ⅰ degree.There was no pseudoarthrosis clinically or radiographically.Conclusion In surgical management of scoliosis deformity in situ autograft bone with calcium sulfate pellets is practical and dependable. ......
