【摘要】 目的 探讨一种改良式悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的治疗及其疗效。方法 采用以切除软腭侧方黏膜下组织及腭扁桃体为主，通过窝内牵拉缝合及软腭残缘向前牵拉缝合以达到扩大腭后间隙的目的，并保留悬雍垂及咽腔基本结构的改良术式，治疗此种病人119例。结果 对89例手术患者进行随访，均在术后6～18个月复查多导睡眠监测(PSG)，治愈9例(约10.1%)，显效49例(约55.1%)，有效25例(约28.1%)，无效6例(约6.7%)。结论 改良式悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)对严格选择适应证的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的患者有良好的疗效。

    Improved uvulopalatopharyngoplasty treatment for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

    【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the treatment and the curative effect of the improved uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) operations for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods A kind of improved uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP) operations were performed on 119cases. Results The clinical results showed that 10.1percent of the operated patients are cured, 55.1 percent of the operated patients have clear effect, and 28.1 percent of the operated patients somewhat improved,and 6.7 percent of the operated patients almost have no effect. Conclusion Improved UPPP is one of the effective methods to treat OSAHS. ......
