[摘 要] 目的 观察综合治疗对高血压性脑出血急性期的疗效，探索有效治疗方法。 方法 将240例高血压性脑出血患者随机分为两组，综合治疗组采用颅内血肿微创清除术、康复训练、西医治疗和中药三七散治疗;西医治疗组则采用微创手术加西医治疗。两组各120例，治疗时间均为28d，比较两组疗效。 结果 综合治疗组血肿吸收率为(98.17±6.32)%，临床治愈率为43.33%，总有效率为96.67%;西医治疗组血肿吸收率为(87.60±5.84)%，临床治愈率为30.00%，总有效率为88.33%。综合治疗组疗效优于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。 结论 综合治疗可提高高血压性脑出血患者的生存率，缩短病程，减少致残率，提高生活质量。
