摘要:目的 研究白介素1α(interleukin1α, IL1α)和基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase9, MMP9)的表达,探讨二者与胆脂瘤侵袭破坏能力的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测了IL1α、MMP9在21例后天继发性胆脂瘤上皮与10例胆脂瘤患者外耳道皮肤表皮中的表达。结果 IL1α和MMP9在胆脂瘤上皮的阳性表达率明显高于外耳道皮肤表皮,差异具显著性(P<0.01, P<0.01);胆脂瘤上皮IL1α、MMP9表达均与胆脂瘤的侵袭破坏程度正相关(P<0.05,P<0.05);胆脂瘤上皮中IL1α、MMP9表达存在正相关性。结论 IL1α、MMP9是介导胆脂瘤侵袭破坏行为的重要细胞因子。在体内IL1α可能对MMP9表达具有上调作用。关键词:白介素1α;基质金属蛋白酶9;中耳; 胆脂瘤
The expression of interleukin1α and matrix metalloproteinase9 in middle ear cholesteatoma

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effects of interleukin1α (IL1α) and matrix metalloproteinase9(MMP9) in middle ear cholesteatoma and to explore the correlation between their expression and the ability of destruction of cholesteatoma. Methods IL1α and MMP9 were determined immunohistochemically in the specimens from 21 cases cholesteatomas and 10 external ear skin of patients with cholesteatoma. Results The positive expression of IL1α and MMP9 in cholesteatoma epithelialium were increased greatly than that in external epidermis (P<0.01). Statistical analysis showed that the agressive ability of cholesteatoma was significantly positively related to the expression of IL1α and MMP9 in cholesteatoma epithelialium(P<0.05). Conclusion IL1α and MMP9 are important factors in inducing bone destruction of cholesteatoma. IL1α maybe play a role in upregulating MMP9 expression in middle ear cholesteatoma. ......
