水蛭对热刺激后血管壁增厚的干预作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨水蛭对热刺激后动脉管壁增厚的干预效果。方法 使用局部热刺激兔耳,温度为(43±0.5)℃,每次3h,每天1次,共做3次。模型组分别于造模后1周、2周、4周时取材;水蛭组实验前3天及实验后一直用水蛭灌胃,0.3g/(kg·d),分别于造模后1周、2周及4周时取材。采用光学显微镜及图像分析仪进行形态学观察。结果 模型组热刺激后动脉中膜成分增殖并突入血管腔内,造成管腔变狭。 造模处平滑肌细胞层数及中膜厚度增加。水蛭组与模型组相比,增殖程度减小,各项观测指标均有不同程度的变化,但统计学分析差异无显著性。结论 0.3g/(kg·d)剂量的水蛭对热刺激后血管壁增厚的干预效果不理想。【关键词】 动脉;狭窄;水蛭;形态学

【Abstract】 Objective This study was designed to build a new experimental model of proliferation of arterial smooth muscle cells(SMC).Methods The central artery of the rabbit ear was heated by(43±0.5)℃ for 3 hours a day,and for three days.We examined the morphological changes of the arterials by light microscopy and digital planimetry,3 days,1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks after experiment.
