【摘要】 目的 观察生脉注射液体内、外化疗增效作用。方法 体外实验采用MTT(mono-nuclear cell direct cytotoxicity assay)法，体内通过建立H22肝癌荷瘤鼠模型来观察生脉注射液联合oxaliplatin抗肿瘤活性。结果 体外研究显示oxaliplatin(大、中、小剂量)联合生脉注射液组肿瘤抑制率明显提高，分别为37.7%、39.9%和71.1%，明显高于单纯应用oxaliplatin组(20.5%、25.4%和49.0%，P<0.05)，且具有较好的剂量依赖性；生脉注射液联合oxaliplatin体内可显著提高瘤重抑制率(从37.36%提高至66.90%)。结论 生脉注射液体内可提高oxaliplatin对Lovo细胞的抑制作用，体外可增强oxaliplatin的抗种植瘤效果。
