【摘要】 目的 观察血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)加六味地黄汤治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效。方法 选择高血压肾病患者51例，随机双盲分为两组：观察组和对照组。两组均给予一致的含依那普利的基本治疗，观察组在此基础上加用六味地黄汤。于治疗前和治疗后2个月检测患者尿蛋白、尿素氮等生化指标并计算内生肌酐清除率。结果 治疗后两组患者尿蛋白、尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率都得到了改善；与对照组相比，观察组尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率改善更明显。结论 依那普利加六味地黄汤可明显改善高血压肾病患者的肾功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic effects of ACEI combined with Liuwei Dihuang decoction on hypertensive nephropathy.Methods 51 patients with hypertensive nephorpathy were randomly divided into two groups,a controlled group with base treatment which contained ACEI and a observed group with Liuwei Dihuang decoction in combination with the base treatment.Urine protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were measured and serum creatinine(Scr) were calculated before and after treatment in all patients.Results The three indexes were all improved in the two groups;However,the effect of observed group was markedly superior to that of controlled group.Conclusion The combination of ACEI and Liuwei Dihuang decoction may significantly improve renal function in hypertensive nephropathy. ......
