【摘要】 目的 对口腔鳞癌转化生长因子β2(TGF-β2)的蛋白表达进行研究，探讨转化生长因子β2(TGF-β2)和口腔鳞癌侵袭及转移的关系。方法 采用SABC免疫组织化学法对口腔鳞癌共40例标本的癌灶组织中TGF-β2的蛋白表达水平进行研究。结果 与正常组织相比，口腔鳞癌中TGF-β2的蛋白表达呈过量表达，TGF-β2表达与口腔鳞癌临床病理分级、临床分期及颈淋巴结转移显著相关。结论 TGF-β2可能与口腔鳞癌的侵袭和转移有密切关系。

    【Abstract】 Objective To detect the role of transforming growth factor β2(TGF-β2) on the invasiveness and metastasis of human oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Using SABC immunohistochemical method to determine the expression of TGF-β2 in 40 cases of oral squamus cell carcinoma.Results The expression of TGF-β protein were overexpressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma,comparing to the normal oral mucosa;TGF-β2 expression was associated with clinical stage,pathological grade and neck lymph node metastasis.Conclusion TGF-β2 may related with invasive and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. ......
