关键词: 甘草甜素;甘草次酸;色谱法,高压液相;血浆摘 要:目的 建立一个同时测定甘草甜素、甘草次酸血浆浓度变化监测的方法,进一步用于“脾主药动学”假说的验证. 方法 采用内标定量的反相高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水-醋酸(88∶11∶1)为流动相,ODS-3柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,在紫外250nm检测. 结果 GL,GA在此线性范围内,线性关系良好、精密度较高. 结论 本方法具有简便、灵敏、快速而准确的特点,适用于注射GL制剂或口服中药复方前后GL和GA的体内、体外的药代动力学研究,为进一步进行中药复方的药物监测奠定了基础.
