【摘要】 目的 观察参芪扶正注射液在短期内治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)中的作用。方法 选取上海市南汇区周浦医院2004年1月～2005年9月住院的2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病(DN)的患者64例。我们分为治疗组38例和对照组26例。两组控制血糖、血压方法相同，均服用雅施达2～8mg，每日1次。治疗组加用参芪扶正注射液250ml，每日1次，连续4周。结果 和雅施达组相比，治疗组4周后，发现参芪扶正注射液不仅可在短期内迅速改善DN的临床症状，而且可显著减少尿白蛋白的排泄(与对照组相比P<0.05)，同时对DN患者的血液流变学、肾功能有显著的改善作用(P<0.05)。结论 参芪扶正注射液是一个有希望的糖尿病肾病治疗药物。其确切的治疗机制有待进一步研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Shenqifuzheng on the treatment of diabetes nephropathy(DN).Methods 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the combination treatment group with perindopril daily and Shenqifuzheng 250cc daily for four weeks, and the perindopril group with perindopril daily.Results First ,Shenqifuzheng ameliorated the symptoms of DN in short order; Second, it decreased the excretion of urine albumin (P<0.05) obviously; Third, it helped to regulate the renal function (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqifuzheng is a potential medicament for DN,while its exact medicinal value remains to be seen. ......
