    摘 要:目的 探讨乙肝病毒(HBV)以何种形式感染胎盘滋养层细胞. 方法 通过免疫荧光双标记技术检测12例血清HBsAg阳性母亲的胎盘滋养层细胞HBsAg-抗-HBs复合物. 结果 血清学HBsAg阳性母亲胎盘滋养层细胞中存在HB-sAg-抗-HBs复合物. 结论 提示HBV可能通过HBsAg与抗-HBs结合成复合物的方式进入胞内，导致胎盘屏障的第一层细胞受到HBV感染.

    Abstract:AIM To find out which form Hepatitis B Virus(HBV)takes in the infection of the first layer cell of placenta barrier-trophoblast cells.METHODS HBsAg-anti-HBs complexes in HBsAg seropositive maternal placenta tissues were tested by double-labeling immunofluorenscence method visualized with laser scanning confocal microscope.RESULTS HBsAg-anti-HBs complexes were found mainly on tro-phoblast cells(TC)of HBsAg seropositive maternal placenta tissues.CONCLUSION HBsAg and anti-HBs are formed as HBsAg-anti-HBs complexes before entry into trophoblast ......
