【摘要】 目的 建立西洛他唑含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法。色谱条件：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，以甲醇-水(65：35)为流动相。柱温为30℃ ，流速为1.0ml/min，检测波长为254nm。结果 西洛他唑在0.0116～0.058mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,线性方程为A=58811C-3920.7。精密度RSD=0.86%(n=5)。结论 该方法能简单、快捷、准确地测定西洛他唑的有关物质。
