【摘要】 目的 总结分析盐城市10年来的结核病防治工作情况，评价实施效果。方法 对盐城市1994～2004年结核病季报、年报和相关工作报表进行分析。结果 至2004年底，全市以县(市、区)为单位DOTS覆盖率达100%，新发涂阳肺结核发现率达71.8%，涂阳病人的治愈率达93.4%，三大指标提前达到国家结核病防治规划要求2005年的目标。结论 盐城市结核病防治工作取得明显成效，通过实施结核病控制项目促进现代结核病控制策略的进一步扩展，初步形成了结核病预防和控制可持续发展的有效机制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze TB control works of Yancheng city in past 10 years.Methods To review the quarterly and annual and other reports in the period during 1994～2004.Results In the whole Yancheng city，100% of counties (districts) have been covered by DOTS strategy. Cases detection rate of new smear-positive was 71.8%，and 93.4% smear-positive cases were cured.
