【摘要】 目的 探讨正畸治疗对错牙合畸形伴牙周病患者的治疗作用。方法 通过对14例错牙合畸形伴牙周病的患者采取正畸及牙周联合治疗，并对患牙牙周、牙槽骨情况进行对比观察。结果 14例患者的错牙合畸形得到矫正，达到个别正常牙合。矫治结束时牙周情况较矫治前明显改善(P<0.05)，治疗时间16～24个月。结论 对牙周病伴错牙合畸形患者采用牙周、正畸综合治疗，不仅矫治了错牙合畸形，而且明显改善了牙周健康状况，是一种有效的方法。

    Clinical study of orthodontic treatment on malocclusion deformity complicated by periodontal disease

    【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of orthodontic treatment combined with periodontal treatment on malocclusion deformity complicated with periodontal disease.Methods 14 malocclusion deformity patients with periodontal disease were treated by orthodontic treatment and periodontal therapy,the periodontal tissue and alveolar bone were examined to evaluate the result of treatment.Results After the treatment of 16 to 24 months,the 14 patients were individual normal occlusion and the condition of periodontal tissue was improved significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion After the combined therapy ont only the malocclusion deformity is corrected but also the condition of periodontal tissue is improved.It is an effective treatment method. ......
