【摘要】 目的 观察高温和当归联合作用对HeLa细胞周期的影响。方法 采用流式细胞仪检测高温和当归注射液联合作用对HeLa细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响。结果 单一高温作用后主要表现为细胞凋亡和G1期阻滞，当归注射液作用后主要表现为G1期阻滞和S期减少，两者联合作用后对细胞周期的影响表现了高温和当归注射液的双重特点。结论 应用高温和中药联合治疗可能是提高肿瘤治愈率有效方式之一。

    Influence of cell cycle by unification of hyperthermia and angelica in HeLa cell cycle

    【Abstract】 Objective To approach the influence of cell cycle by unification of hyperthermia and angelica injection in HeLa cell. Methods The influence of apoptosis and cell cycle of HeLa cell were measured by flow cytometry. Results Hyperthermia induced apoptosis and G1 phase arresting. Cell cycles were arrested at G1 phase and cells decrease of S phase by angelica injection. Double features were showed by unification of these two methods. Conclusion Unification of hypertherimia and Traditional Chinese Medicine probably is one of an effective methods of curing for tumors. ......
