【摘要】 目的 调查临床护士被玻璃划伤情况，并探讨职业防护的对策。方法 对临床护理人员进行问卷调查，从中发现医护人员职业防护中存在的问题。结果 36名护理人员被玻璃划伤者占92%，除1人外，均未对伤口进行正规处置。在护理操作中戴手套率为零。结论 医护人员自我防护意识淡漠，自我防护措施不到位，急需加强职业防护教育，严格执行全面性防护措施，预防感染。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hurts to the clinical nurses by glass and to find out the countermeasures of the occupational safety protection.Methods To make a questionnaire survey on the clinical nursing personnel.Some errors were found in the occupational protection of the medical personnel.Results Among 36 medical employees,92% had ever been hurt by glass.They hadn’t dealt with the places of the hurts except one.In the process of nursing none of them wore gloves.Conclusion The medical personnel pay no attention to self-protection,the measures are not correct.The educations of occupational protection should be strengthened.They should be strict in obeying the protective measures,then preventing the infection.
