【摘要】 目的 评价多焦视觉诱发电位(mVEP)在青光眼早期诊断中的价值。方法 应用德国Roland公司的RET Iscan多焦视觉电生理仪,检测单眼受损的青光眼15眼和高眼压(或可疑青光眼)10眼,记录mVEP的4个象限反应波形的P1波潜伏期和N1-P1波振幅及P1-N2波振幅,并以健眼作为对照进行统计学分析。结果 与正常对照组比较:青光眼组在4个象限的P1波潜伏期延长,N1-P1波振幅和P1-N2波振幅降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);高眼压组的P1波潜伏期在鼻上、鼻下延长,N1-P1波振幅在鼻上、颞下降低,P1-N2波振幅在鼻上降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 mVEP是检测青光眼的一种敏感方法,尤其是对单眼受损的青光眼,在视野损害之前就能敏感地出现异常。【关键词】 多焦视觉诱发电位;青光眼;诊断
An application of multifocal visual evoked potential for diagnosis of glaucoma

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the value of multifocal visual evoked potential(mVEP) in early diagnosis of glaucoma.Methods We used the multifocal electrophysiological examination system(RET Iscan) and tested 25 patients,15 with glaucoma,and 10 with ocular hypertension(suspected glaucoma),with unilateral damage.The latencies and amplitudes of the responses in four quadrants were recorded.The best eyes were acted as normal subject eyes.Interocular comparisons were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the normal eyes:In the four quadrants,the latency of P1-wave prolonged and amplitudes of N1-P1 and P1-N2 decreased in the glaucoma.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In the ocular hypertension,it was significantly different in the superior and interior nasal quadrantal P1-wave latency,superior nasal and interior temporal N1-P1 amplitude and superior nasal P1-N2 amplitude (P<0.05).Conclusion mVEP is a more sensitive method in examining glaucoma,especially in glaucoma with unilateral damage,than the abnormality of the visual field damage can manifest. ......
