【摘要】 目的 探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术加放疗的治疗效果。方法 分析我院1999年1月～2005年10月76例保乳术后加放疗的乳腺癌病人的临床资料。结果 76例患者3年、5年生存率分别为98.6%、95%，局部复发率分别为5.6%、7.1%，与文献报道相仿[1，2]，乳房保留率分别为97.6%、93.2%，仅1例胸壁复发，无死亡病例。该例25岁，未婚，保乳愿望强烈，复发后再次行乳房切除及化疗，现健在。术后形体美容效果满意度86%。结论 早期乳腺癌采用保乳手术及放射治疗可取得满意结果，规范化的切除和术后放疗、全身综合治疗是保乳治疗成功的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the results of breast conservative surgery combined radio therapy for early stage breast cancer.Methods Analysis of 36 patients clinical data in Shanghai Changzheng Hospital January 1999 to October 2005 retrospectively were reviewed.Results The 3 years, 5 years survival rate of 76 sufferer’s distinguish for 98.6%,95%,and the local relapse distinguish for 5.6%,7.1%.no differ to the report,the breast reservation rate distinguish for 97.6%,93.2%, only 1 chest wall relapse, did not die the case.That 32 years old, single, protect breast wishes mightiness,cut off the breast and going chemotherapies after relapse, still living now,and the body satisfaction after surgery distinguish for 86%.Conclusion Early stage breast cancer adoption breast conservative surgery combined radiotherapy to be satisfied with the outcome, the normalization and posto-radiotherapy and combined therapy are critical. ......
