休克期应用高氧液对烧伤患者部分炎性介质水平的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨高氧液在减轻机体烧伤后缺血缺氧性损害治疗中的作用。方法 22例大面积烧伤患者随机分成两组,于伤后1、3、5、7天及2、3周各抽取患者静脉血2ml,置于肝素抗凝管中,采用酶联吸附试验法(ELISA)分别测定血浆TNF-α和IL-6含量。结果 两组烧伤患者的血浆TNF-α及IL-6水平较正常对照组均有明显升高(P<0.01);两组烧伤患者血浆中TNF-α及IL-6水平呈正相关(r=0.359,P<0.01)。结论 大面积烧伤病人早期复苏中静脉应用高氧液可明显减轻全身性炎症反应,从而减少MODS的发生率,提高整体治疗效果。【关键词】 烧伤;休克;高氧液;炎性介质水平

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of hyperoxic fluid treatment in relieve postburn injury by pressed for blood and oxygen.Methods Twenty-two burn patient of big dimension were employed in two group, Apart of sampling venous blood two millimeter put into prevent coagulation of test-tube at 1 postburn day(PBD1), PBD3,PBD5,PBD7 and 2 postburn week(PBW2), PBW3. Measurement level of TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma with ELISA.Results Level of TNF-α and IL-6 in plasma were much higher than those of normal group(P<0.01);the plasma level of TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups of burn patient were relevance (r=0.359,P<0.01).Conclusion With hyperoxic fluid in vein could prominent relieve systemic inflammatory response during early burn patient of big dimension revival. Relieve genetic coefficient of MODS. Improve effect of integrative treatment. ......
