【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜脾切除加贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症的方法。方法 2004年1月～2005年5月，6例门脉高压症脾功能亢进患者接受了腹腔镜胃底周围血管离断脾切除术。结果 6例手术顺利完成，术中出血200～360ml，手术时间215～260min，按期痊愈出院。结论 腹腔镜脾切除加胃底贲门周围血管离断术是一种安全、微创而效果好的手术。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of laparoscopic splenectomy and pericardial devascularization(LSPD).Methods laparoscopic splenectomy and portozygos disconnection was performed in 6 patients with portal hypertension and hypersplenism from january 2004 to May 2005.Results The operation was completed successfully in 6 patients.The intraoperative blood loss and the operation time was 200～360 ml,215～260 minutes,respectively.All patients recovered smoothly without postoperative complications.Conclusion LSPD is a safe，minimally invasive and effective procedure
