【摘要】 目的 了解面动脉鼻中隔支的来源、配布、管径和走行，为显微整形外科手术提供依据。方法 解剖50例经福尔马林溶液固定1年以上的男女成人尸体，用游标卡尺测量鼻中隔支起始部的外径。结果 源于面动脉主干的鼻中隔支(53.45%)较源于上唇动脉者为多。结论 根据鼻中隔支的起源和配布，可将其分为单纯型和混合型两类。丰富了面动脉鼻中隔支的理论知识。
