【摘要】 目的 探讨使用免疫抑制剂后的烟曲霉菌感染的治疗。方法 回顾分析近期发生的7例烟曲霉菌感染病例的病因、诊断、治疗过程及效果。结果 7例免疫抑制剂使用后烟曲霉菌感染患者，采用伊曲康唑正规治疗，7例全部有效，其中3例治愈出院；其余4例曾治疗有效，痰培养烟曲霉菌转阴，以后再次感染复发，其中3例死亡，1例自动出院，后果不详。结论 伊曲康唑为治疗烟曲霉菌的有效药物；合理使用免疫抑制剂在防治烟曲霉菌等感染并发症中至关重要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of itraconzle for aspergillus infection.Methods Retrospectively study the causes,diagnosis and therapeutic effects and prevention of complications of immunosuppressive agents (ISA). Results Of the 7 cases,3 cases were cured ;the left 4 cases once were treated effectively but relapsed later,of the 4 cases ,3 cases died,one case got out of the hospital automatically.Conclusion Itraconzle is one of effective agents treating aspergillus infection using ISA appropriatly is one of important points for prevention and therapy of aspergillus infection.
