【摘要】 目的 探讨临床生化常规项目在全自动生化分析仪检测仪校准、室内质控的有效方法，了解不同项目在不同时限需要重新定标校正，作为本实验室检验合理化的工作模式，确保全自动生化分析仪常规检验结果的准确性。方法 将本室所做的常规生化检测项目每次定标后，以2h检测一次计算定值血清结果，建立质控系统进行质量监控，进行对比，并对结果作统计学处理。结果 在12h内TP ALB TB DB ALT AST ALP GGT CHO TG CK CK-MB LDH HDH BUN Cl-PUA结果分析，差异无显著性(P>0.05)；K+ Na+ Ca2+ CO2 Cr AMY结果分析，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 科学地分析和定时进行定标监控，建立起合理化的室内质控系统，是保证全自动生化分析仪检测所有项目结果可靠性的最有效措施。
