【摘要】 目的 明确疫源地，查明传播链，制定防治措施，为今后此类疫情的处理总结经验。 方法 现场流行病学调查分析，病人标本采集，实验室检查。 结果 查明了疫源地和传播链，3例病人出现典型的炭疽样皮肤病变，病人皮损内容物涂片镜捡、分离培养均捡出了生物学形状典型的炭疽芽孢杆菌。 结论 这是一起疫源地明确，传播链清楚，病人症状典型的人畜共患炭疽病，经采取控制措施，疫情得到有效控制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out the infectious focus, clear the transmission chain, formulate preventive and therapeutic measure and conclude experience for thus epidemic. Methods Epidemiological survey and analysis on spot, collect the sample from suspicious patient and laboratory examination. Results Found out the infectious focus and transmission chain, and 3 patients appeared cutaneous anthrax, and got Bacillus anthracis with typical biological form through direct smear and bacterium isolation and culture from the sample of one skin lesion. Conclusion This is a typical zoonotic anthrax with clear infectious focus and transmission chain, and the patients are all with characteristic clinical presentation-cutaneous anthrax. The epidemic situation was under control through adopted measure. ......
