【摘要】 目的 对附睾炎病人的精液进行分析，以了解附睾炎对生育力的影响。方法 经临床及实验室确诊为附睾炎症的病人，取精液用伟力计算机精子分析仪分析精子的密度、活力、活率及精子运动功能指标,并与当地正常人比较。结果 24例附睾炎病人精液质量异常22例，占91.67%,其中，密度异常2例，占8.3%，活率异常22例，占91.67%，A级精子异常21例，占87.5%，A+B级精子异常23例,占95.8%；与成都市549例正常人比较，精子密度，直线速度、平均路径、直线性，P>0.05，无统计学意义，精子活率、A级精子，A+B级精子、曲线速度、鞭打频率、 侧摆幅值，P<0.05，均有统计学意义。结论 附睾炎对精液质量有一定影响，应引起重视。

    【Abstract】 Objective Analysis epididymitis sperm quality,to evaluate the potential effects to reproductive.Methods A computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) of 24 epididymitis include sperm viability and movement parameters(VCL,VAP,VSL,LIN,STR) el at.Comparison the normal data reported in Chengdu.Results 24 epididymitis ,there were 22 (94.44%) with abnormal sperm quality ,there were 2(8.3%) with abnormal concentration , there were22 (94.44%) with abnormal percent motility , there were23 (96.5%) with abnormal A+B grade, Comparison the data reported in Chengdu, sperm concentration linearity (LIN) ,average path velocity (VAP), straight-line velocity(VSL) P>0.05, was not statistically significant ,percent motility, curvilinear velocity(VCL), amplitude of lateral head displacement (ALH),BCF and MAD of 24 sperm were statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion sperm quality was affected of epididymitis, epidymitis should be treated actively,and effective. ......
