【摘要】 在成功克隆A型产气荚膜梭菌α毒素保护性抗原基因[1]并实现在大肠杆菌中的高效表达[2,3]后，为获得A型产气荚膜梭菌α毒素保护性抗原(cpa408蛋白)鸡卵黄抗体，以纯化的表达蛋白为抗原，免疫SPF级鸡后，提取制备卵黄抗体IgY,为α毒素的检测提供材料。

    【Abstract】 After having been successfully cloned, the alpha-toxin's protective antigen's gene of Clostridium perfringens type A was highly expressed in E.coli DH5α. Celleted by 80%(NH4)2SO4 and dialysised, the expressed protein was isolated and purified. Then according to an amount of 1.0mg/Kg, the hens(SPF degree and aged 30 weeks) were immuned with the purified protein individualy by multiple muscle injection . During the period of immunization, the titre of the egg yolk immunoglobulin(IgY) was measured by ELISA. From one week to eleven weeks after the first immunization, the titre of IgY rose from 1:800 to 1:25600. By ELISA and double immunological diffusion ......
