【摘要】 目的 临床研究固定剂量复合剂费宁/费安的抗结核疗效、不良反应及患者的依从性。方法 将233例初治菌阳肺结核患者随机分为治疗组，2费宁+EMB(SM)/4费安117例，对照组：2HRZE(S)/4HR116例。结果 治疗2个月、5个月、6个月痰菌阴转率治疗组为82.1%、100%、100%，对照组为80.3%、95.5%、100%(P>0.05)；胸片上治疗组与对照组病灶吸收分别为98.3%、94.6%；空洞闭合率各为46%、43%；不良反应发生率各为10%、17%；中断治疗对照组4例，治疗组无。结论 固定剂量复合剂费宁/费安在肺结核的治疗上与单剂联合治疗近期临床疗效一致，可接受性好，不良反应发生率少，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research antituberculous efficacy,adverse reaction and patient's compliance of fixer-dose compounds Feining/Feian.Methods 233 new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patietns were randomly allocated into treatment group which receive 2Feining+EMB(SM)/4Feian(117 cases) and control group which receive 2HRZE(S)/4HR(16 cases).Results The sputum negative conversion rates at the 2nd,the fifth and the sixth month in the treatment group and the control group were 82%,100%,100% and 80%,95%,100%,respectively;Chest radiography showed the resolution of pulmonary lesions in the treatment group and the control group for 98.3% and 94.6% respectively;with cavity closure rates of 46% in the treatment group and 43% in the control group;The drug adverse reaction rates were 10% and 17% respectively;The cases of intrerrupted treatment were 4 in the control group.Conclusion Fixer-dose compounds Feining/Feian show the same clinical therapeutic efficacy and easely be received and the drug adverse reaction rates were low;It is worth to be recommended. ......
